It is slightly better today, not so painful, but still swollen, very conscious of it and am wearing loose tops to hide it.
Hope you enjoy the herb walk, only sorry I am not there with you.

Its just loopy that we have to do this.
Feel better for sleep and pain killers.
Off out tonight to a Tramps supper lol. Its to raise money for the local church. There are quizzes so my sister and me should have a giggle and its for a good cause.

I have been feeling great the past 4 days mentally I have never been in a better place. I suffer with bipolar though so i know soon enough my mood will hit a low again but at the moment I feel great oh except for wolves getting relegated  |

To be honest rather annoyed and bit upset, I've just been told (by someone else) that Ive been barred from Pip's forum, it would have been nice to have been told about it personally by Pip and given a reason but thats obviously not how she works these days. I can only hope her recent knee jerk reactions dont spoil what was once a really good forum which has helped me immensely in the past for which I will forever be grateful

Hi zaf i have only been diagnosed recently but i have been suffering from the age of 15 im 26 now i wish i had gone to the doctors 10 years earlier lol. To be honest though it progressively got worse it went from a moody teenager to trying to take my life in the army then it cost me my job then my partner then finally i became reclusive i had to loose everything before i went to seek help.

I dont think we recognise we are ill to begin with petop, looking back on my life I can now see I had depressive episodes from my teens onwards but didnt realise it until I had a complete breakdown in the 90's

Petop, I was given a Bipolar diagnosis almost a year ago. I have suffered for years and DID attend a GP and Psychiatrist. Despite my insistence I was suffering from something more than standard depression and PTSD, the Psychiatrist refused to listen. I know people go through years trying to get an accurate diagnosis. Eventually I insisted on seeing a new Psychiatrist and that's when I was diagnosed Bipolar type 2.
Maybe I'm still in denial, but I still haven't looked into the disorder. My life has been so full of other stresses, but I'm hoping to explore it more over the next couple of months

Not feeling to bad today, pain free at the moment, so that's great. Sun is shining and the birds are singing . Had a fun time last night, alot of money was raised for the church. Won one of the quizzes lol and didn't do so well on the other, but we had a good laugh. I hope everyone has a gentle peaceful day (((((( hugs )))))) to all. S x x x x |
