I agree, your real friends shine through when you are struggling the most.
I also think a lot of individuals say a lot of things via the Internet they wouldn't say face to face.
I can appreciate to some extent how you feel. People barely talk to me at work since I've been back.

Yer, I agree Leo. I think we do talk about more on the net than face to face. I think I have faced more about myself since sharing on Forum than any other time in Therapy.
Maddy, have the meds settled now? With a toddler, I imagine everyday is busy

Yes, noticed a big increase in mood yesterday. The toddler is quite chilled out, if I want to stay in, he is fine with it x

AS long as he has you around, he'll be happy. I often wonder where you guys get the patience and strength AND deal with depression, it can't be easy

Everyone is saying the same. But with my luck just now they would give me pain killers and send me home . Omg all I seem to do is moan. Sorry guys. S x x x x |

I'm not sure they would send you home sharon, not with so much pain and sickness. Of course, if it was me, I'd dramatise it. In saying that, I always sign myself out of hospital!

I just hate making a fuss, everyone's saying to hound the Dr etc. I would tell anyone else the same but not good last following my own advice.

Thats good to hear Alex I think after 5 years I decided this last attack I needed to start making a fuss shaz, it was horrid having to go to hospial and having to hassle the doctor but I need this sorted. Is your tummy any better today? Tummy sore, rather tired and dont feel lie going on the herb walk but Im taking someone else and I dont want to let them down |
