I am calling them now as we speak...on hold.

He wouldn't come out for a walk. Put harness on but he lay in the hall giving me the "jack look". He got up to walk towards me and is badly limping on his right leg. I've checked paw with magnifying glass. I even squeezed the paw, but no reaction

For 6 days he won't walk, but he never had a limp yesterday....so what's today's hop-along all about? I hope he walks to the vet. 10 mins to bus stop and another 10 mins through Victoria to the vet.

Just made the appointment 10.10am tomoz. trouble is, he loves everyone and will be all over the Vet, making me a liar!! He perked up today whenever he met a friend (he has lots of human friends because he's so friendly)....it's all very odd...lol...but the peace is heaven!

It does sound like he is in pain. Poor soul.

He is fast asleep

Thanks for the posts everyone. I wrote the vet outcome and the jack saga somewhere in the snug, I think. Won't bore you more here

I suppose I feel a little more optimistic than yesterday. It's a waiting (& expensive) game. I can do little else but to wait and see.
