thanks Zaf. Dont know where to start. Just fed up today, no job prospects. Just got to keep trying. Was tempted to drink but got something sweet and some carbs and did the trick. I think I know what to do in future now. Thanks Zaf

Its hard when the need to drink hits us, I think you did very well today avoiding it. Are there no local seasonal jobs going in the area, or is it too late in the season?

thats kind of what I am looking for and I was hoping it was tourist season starting now. This is what happens when you dont have a career, go to university or have skills. I feel like at the end of the road. Maybe its just the economy. There is alot of Europeans here as well which makes it harder.

I was just thinking now, even if things had have been more settled in that house I still would have wanted to leave Sheffield. I know this is tough right now, my feet ache, the backpack is doing my sodding head in and I am no closer to finding work but I was getting so agitated being up in Sheffield. I planned to leave at some stage in the spring, that was always my plan.

It's tough now, Alex and the season hasn't really yet started. What address do you use for job adverts?

feeling abit drained and sick today. It could be slight sun stroke. It could be I need to give up smoking and nicotone is making me feel ill. Have just applied online for JSA. If I dont get it I dont really care to be honest but better to try. Rucksack is lighter now as left a load of stuff at First Base. Spoke to a woman from rough sleepers unit from council today. She found me on the beach. You tell your worker at First Base and they tell them where your sleeping and they come out and verify you. Anyways she told me what I knew already, that I can expect zero help in terms of finding a council place or hostel place here. I knew that already. She was concerned I might spiral down by mixing with the street drinkers and I said no way. I keep myself to self for good reasons. I dont want to mix with them and my sole concern be where the next can of special brew or white cider is coming from! Sod that! I was also told I can keep my rucksack at First Base till 4pm if I have a job interview. Just feel knackered right now. Going to finish this pack of baccy then jack it in again. Long weekend ahead but at least First Base is open on Monday. Need a nap now
