It helps to know why we get depressed I think, or at least it helps me Zaf: There is a difference between knowing and understanding versus constantly focusing on your reasons for being depressed. Constant thinking about why you are depressed is not beneficial.

I agree constant thinking does not help but if we know our triggers we can try and avoid them. X

I'd agree shaz, constant rumination is not good for us but knowing what causes our depression can sometimes help ward it off xx

The Catholic Church is the only place I cn go and feel like crying or wanting to hurt myself x
