So hello everyone, seems odd saying hello for the first time when I know lots of you already.
but hello especially to anyone I don't know.
i'm Kate and last year I had awful depression, the hide under the duvet, don't go out of the house, don't get a shower for days kind. And I was spaced out on medication too.
14 months on, I'm much better, I keep fighting. I'm going through some tough stuff at the moment, stuff that could drag me back down if I'm not careful, but I will not let it beat me.
