hi. my name is larissa and i've been fighting against some mental illness for around 5 years. i'm really young, but i know i'm a strong person. i've had anorexia, and now i'm dealing with another problems. i've become a depressed person and i've had problems with self harm. i tried to kill my self so many times, but as always in my life i failed. i've to fight everyday against myself. i really want to get better and i think i need help. i do therapy, take meds and participate of helping groups. please, i hope u help me too. i don't want to live anymore with all this pain. it's getting worst hide from people around me how really i'm. sorry for my english, i'm not so fluent  . thank you all. |

Hello and welcome to the forum. You have been through an awful lot. It sounds like you are doing the right things to help get you through this, like taking meds and having therapy. It may be a good idea if you did tell people near to you how you are feeling so they can also help you,
