I don't know what like other parts of the country are but London is sweltering. I'm sure it's just under 30oC outdoors but in my top floor south facing flat it is in excess of 32oc. I can honestly say that I am one of those who cannot stand this sort of heat and would actually prefer it cold...lol...yes, I said cold!!!! For some reason, it always feels so much more unbearable at night - I almost put Jack in a cold bath at midnight. Looks like there is more days of this to come...pew

i'm with you cat I prefer it to be cold at least then its easier to regulate your temperature sadly (in my opinion) they say the heat will go on and may eclipse the heat wave of 76 I was so much easier back then to run around in my pants eating an ice cream my wife says it's not the done thing now !!!

We have the occasional light breeze which helps a bit but, I hate to moan after all the awful winter weather, its still far too hot for me

Yep. 30 degrees here today down in sunny Maidstone. Its most likely the cause of my fatigue today so I shall be stepping up my fluid intake over the next few days for sure. As a nurse we are seeing quite a few cases of dehydration these last few days and this is from inpatients that are monitored for fluid intake! Take care all and keep drinking plenty  |

It can affect some people that way ;-)
I tend to get a bit tetchy when I'm hot and bothered. I much prefer to be cold as I find it easier to warm up. That said hot weather is fine by me if I'm not working through it.

The hottest day here so far, touched 88°F for a while and even at 10pm its still 80° |
