I had a good start to the morning but felt so tired this afternoon I decided to have a nap but slept for several hours and feel really fuzzy now, off to get some more tummy medicine and water the pots

Thanks all We do need to listen to our bodies when they need rest, its not easy sometimes as we feel guilty but its often the best thing to sleep Z xxx
