Big aggravvation at work last week has started me down the slippery slope again, I know its happening which I suppose is a good thing but not sure if I can prevent it |

I hope things get better soon zaf the forums aren't very busy,I think there are alot of people who are suffering who don't know about the forum.

Thanks Terry, i'm sort of in no mans land atm, simething nice will lift me but a problem will send me crashing down

Its a horrible time of the year. This gets to people who don't suffer and it seems so much worse for us .
