Tummy not great so I didnt eat anything before I went but the lady running the walk knows all about my tummy as I get herbal stuff from her for it. I ran out last weekend so now I have a new supply I hope it will help to calm things down

It was a wonderful walk in an ancient woodland, not many bluebells but lots of other plants and flowers
