I'm glad that you have managed a to rest today. Keep it up, and recharge your batteries. Now, if I can manage to START doing anything at all, we would both be on the right path. Best wishes Zaf.

Well Zaf, I actually managed to shave all my facial growth off, AND trimmed my hair. My Dad had hardly recognised me when we finally got Skype set up correctly. Now the weather looks to be nice for 2 weeks, try to have as much rest as you possibly can. You have expended SO much energy on trying to help others. Please try to help yourself a bit. You know that we'll be needing you at full strength soon enough! Best wishes. Michael. xx

Thanks guys Unfortunately what promised to be a busy week in the office (end of financial year plus self assessment forms) has turned out to be a manic one with all sorts of added aggravations and hassles and it looks like I'm going to be working flat out for a few days I shouldnt moan as in most respects I'm very lucky with all I have but I do know pressure and stress at work is likely to trigger another bad depressive episode and I really dread that hapening again

I'm going through a guilt trip at the moment, I'm about to make a hefty purchase (purely for pleasure) and feel bad because I can afford to when others struggl financially.....

Don't feel bad for others. You deserve to indulge yourself.

I can totally relate to what you are saying zaf I've always been lucky and always had my own money but I feel guilty if I buy something for myself the way I counterbalance it is I do good for people who are less fortunate and they appreciate it more than money. I decorated a house before for a real poor family and they were happy with that rather than the money.

Thanks guys, its something thats plagued me for many years, my faith would tell me I'm reaping the rewards of good deeds but I never really see that Ive done any!
