Hi all.

Its peaceful here next to the loch, even breaking the journey with an overnight stay with my aunt it was very tiring travelling so not sure if we'll be up again unless we can find an easier way of getting up here.

Yesterday evening I did a lot of thinking about my illness and although Ive taken a lot of steps to manage my depression I need to understand it more and find ways of avoiding such frequent crashes.

Thinking of everyone xxxx

Regular crashes are a nightmare Zaf, so soul destroying. Until recently, I had never read anything on depression or any other MH disorder. I found the education quite an eye opener, even liberating in some places
